Donations
Voluntary Contributions: All donations made to Timu Foundation are voluntary. By donating, you confirm that you understand and agree that your contribution is a gift and does not entitle you to any goods, services, or benefits in return unless expressly stated.
Donation Purpose: All funds donated will be used to further the mission and goals of Timu Foundation, as outlined on our website. While we strive to allocate donations as requested by donors, we reserve the right to redirect funds to areas of greatest need.
Payment Processing
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept donations through Credit/Debit Cards, Bank transfers and checks payable to Timu Foundation.
Secure Transactions: All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your financial information.
Currency: Donations are processed in US Currency (USD). If you donate in a different currency, conversion rates and fees may apply.
Refund Policy
General Policy: All donations are final and non-refundable unless a transaction error occurred (e.g., duplicate donations or incorrect amounts).
Requesting a Refund: If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at timufoundation@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your request and respond promptly.
Tax Deductibility
Tax Receipts: Timu Foundation is a registered nonprofit under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501©(3). Donations may be tax-deductible as permitted by law. A receipt will be emailed to you after your transaction for tax purposes.
